The fact that this talk only has 6,5K views blows my mind. I recognise myself so much in this - constant questioning. If you seek answers to those questions you end up understanding why you do things. Understanding your "why" is an important key to find joy and gain momentum in life.

May I ask questions .. If seen from some questions .. What's basic to create a great question ... What does from personal opinion or something maybe .. Thanks ..

In my opinion, a great question challenges the/your status quo and forces you to take a different/opposite viewpoint...or at least to try and understand it. The same applies to interview questions/questioning others: ask questions that build understanding for a situation or viewpoint that's different from your own. Questions such as these give 1 of 2 outcomes: your beliefs/actions are changed or they are reinforced. Either way, you've gotten wiser.

@@gacoan_noodle8657 I'm sorry but I don't understand what you're trying to say and ask this time... :( In terms of learning from the past and improving yourself, you can start simply by asking yourself every day before you go to bed: - What went well today? - What didn't go well today? - What can I improve tomorrow? This can be done in your mind, but is even more effective if you write it down (journaling). This shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Also, the longer you do it, the more you'll start to observe patterns. The benefits compound.
