Bernardo Faria, a 5-time BJJ world champion, talks about the benefits of practicing BJJ, gives advice to beginners, explains how to prepare for high-level competitions, and highlights the most important principles to master. He discusses what is important when it comes to teaching BJJ and how he uses KZbin and his company, BJJ Fanatics, to teach through instructional videos.
