love the talk especially towards the end! us women really need to learn to love each other. it's an unfortunate truth, at least for me, that likeability and success is negatively correlated for women, gotta change that

I think it's true though, that "the social enterprise revolution" wasn't here until quite recently. In the past when I talked to accountants and other advisers about my plans they would tell me to make money the standard way first and do charity later and I would try to explain that my idea was not a charity, my idea was to make money doing good so that I could do more good. Following their path made me broke so now I am following my own path and finally others are understanding my goal.

Great talk, but be cautious about assumptions regarding mature aged individuals sitting in rocking chairs and watching daytime TV. You could be as mistaken about that as many individuals appear to be about the activities and intentions of refugees.
