one gender at home and the other away is never an indication of equality. not that i support gender equality, because i want my fellow men to have the instinct and desire to lead in a family, again, not that I think it is possible for all men to be like that. some are just born to be less assertive, and we can definitely find some good in them. but i still want most of my fellow men to be aware of their natural predisposition to CARE FOR women, instead of BEING CARED BY women. doesn't matter if you're rich or not, more of whether you are willing to take your share of responsiblity or not.

We need close the gap, we need equal numbers of women working on trawler boats, coal mining, sewer drain workers, concreters, bricklayers, power lines workers, diesel mechanics and bodyguards.

Cause all "women job" are a spa day, right? Sorry, but this kind of comments does not help at all. As the speaker says, man can do more, in a good way. But, if you think that men can only be useful as working ants or something like that, that's on you. I prefer to think that all human can do the same, as long as we dare trying.

@@LuciaArguindegui All women jobs are not easy but they are limited, so equality is the incorrect term. The vast majority of jobs that woman will put up with, can not exist without the infrastructure that man built. So again, equality is a false narrative.
