Ellen Taaffe contends there is a powerful barrier keeping many women from taking center stage in their life--a barrier she calls the "Mirrored Door." Ellen Taaffe is a clinical professor and the Director of the Women's Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management. Leveraging her 25-year career as a brand management executive and decade as an independent board director, she consults, coaches, writes, and speaks on leadership, advancing women, inclusive workplaces, and governance.
