My name is Sebastian Mennes, and I paid twice for my lifestyle with both a burn out and a depression. I started as an entrepreneur, managed my companies but did not manage to manage myself, and it took years to find a balance. This is such a sad comment.I hope that you can care for your health and happiness. When you learn your true value hopefully you can share your greatness with the world knowing that you matter to not just other humans but the one who wonderfully created you. Please don't give up!

Please don't give up! This is a safe space. You can talk to us and maybe we can help you. Or you could talk to someone you trust or a counselor who can help you. Try to find something that makes you happy and that you love and focus on doing that for a living instead. Take care and stay safe.

My dear, leave the people you think are toxic to you, leave the house you hate to live in, leave the place you are not happy, leave everything you hate behind and go somewhere else. The world is bigger than you think. Think what you love to do. Farming? Gardening? Helping others? Art? Creativity? Go somewhere you have never been before. Take a risk. Be adventurous. Meet new people. Make new friends. Do some volunteering in a new place and learn meditation how to clear random thoughts to find inner peace. Now start doing some research to start your new life. Keep yourself away from romance for now. Just keep focus on yourself. Hope it helps 🙏

What we really want to do is what we are really meant to do. When we do what we are meant to do, money comes to us, doors open for us, we feel useful, and the work we do feels like play to us. --Julia Cameron~~~

You haven't thought of any options that create lack of options. Family deaths, old age, loss of jobs, disability...

Depression is caused by deeply believing you've run out of options. Important distinction.

Whatever you do do not take anti-depressants. There are some serious side effects. Learn to meditate (lightly to begin with) instead and do things that cheer you up, like watching comedy.
