Hi, I'm watching this in tears because I just got my first career job and i am definitely struggling with First generation guilt. I know I'm qualified, but I can't get that voice out of my head. I just feel so guilty using my own salary to live my own life instead of giving it all to my family.

I needed this. I teared up. It's so hard to feel "in the middle". "Seek diversity to learn the magic of individual stories". I love this so much!!!

This video deserves much more recognition. I completely understand this! I am in college right now. I feel out of place age wise, race wise, and even academically. Im also just finding college to be extremely CHALLENGING..

I am 35 and I started off with 1 class the first two semesters. For financial reasons and to pace myself. It’s definitely hard but you can do It! Do not give up.

You put it into words. Where I work on campus and where I spend my time is different and I do feel pulled in different ways. I realize now its because I am trying to be different than who I am

I had more college now after 20 years and the people filming me seem little like in Grandma's closet or a Yale prank.
