Positive vibrations operate on a higher frequency, I like her introspection on this subject. We don't have to learn to manifest, we already do it NOW, including self-sabotage, even though unconsciously, and if we spent more time thinking about what we're thinking about and re-route those thought channels that we've wired ourselves with new ones through awareness and inspired action, and you'll be surprised how much power we really have to change anything you want with discipline and consistency.

I had a client recently who was really "not sure" how to grow her business without having to do ALL THE WORK and effort it took to get to it's current level of success.... but she flexed being curious about it for a few days strongly, was able to stop saying "how will I ever..." and within a month or two a beautiful growth path presented itself. This isn't quick magic...but it always works.
