Holistic Education: Nurturing the Body & Mind | Sojida Shirinova | TEDxCAU

This talk describes the advantages of holistic education, emphasizing the importance of mental and physical training in education. Our country's traditional curriculum primarily focuses on enhancing students' knowledge and skills, but it lacks emphasis on the mental well-being of students. Mental training prepares students for the realities they will encounter in the outside world. Students will need mental strength to overcome challenging periods of personal and professional stress, work exhaustion, and low motivation. Sojida is an English Instructor at Central Asian University.
She has an international experience in teaching and mentorship at different schools in Sweden. She has planned and organized reading, speaking, and writing projects with Uzbek, Finnish, and Swedish students as well as obtained recognition in Uzbek newspaper articles. The sentence " Return back to the normal " Is faulty,,, it has to be "Return to the normal" Bcoz in English, v don't say "Return Back" Its only RETURN,,, as it means getting back to the normal.
