Probably using Lakhovski coils, or combination lakhovski coils mounted on a tesla coil, so it broadcasts the specific frequency of em signal.

you should try to ground yourself in the dirt and use a faraday cage or ground a faraday cage. A box made in the form of the guy who made "orgone reactors" os essentially a biological and electrical faraday cage both.
