Deeply influenced by the inequalities around her and inspired by her father in her early years, Djaoudath ALIDOU DRAMANE struggled to achieve her dream and become an Assistant Professor in Finance. Djaoudath began her career at Groupe ESC Troyes in Champagne (France) and is actually at University of Parakou in the North of Benin. As an educator, researcher and a woman, Dr. Djaoudath is passionate about addressing gender issues. She has developed a determined struggle to improve the conditions of the marginalized people, especially women and girls of her community by providing life skills to students through her courses. She is responsible for promoting gender issues in the center of higher education pedagogy and quality assurance of her university. She is a 2019 winner of Mandela Washington Fellowship. She is also a winner with a team of five women coming from Senegal, United States, Ivory Coast of the reciprocal exchange of the Mandela Washington Fellowship Program.
