I am basically Morgan. I called the "microsoft" # from the warning that popped on my laptop screen. Late at night, when I was too tired to think it through & not being aware. I invited cyber monsters into my life when I called that # & I watched them invade my laptop. Previously I took minimal precautions, too little too late. I wish I knew this information back then. Instead, I avoid the internet as much as possible. However, I know that is not the answer. Thank you for sharing your experience & knowledge with us on this platform. This information is for EVERYONE today. Every single person alive is a potential victim to identity theft &/or fraud. Many of us already are & don't even know it.
