I've just finished a video on digital detox (goes live tomorrow) - it really is the best thing every to do!!! I have got so much done, had so much more time etc... This is a fab video, well done for bringing it to people's attention. Love and light!

It's not difficult to avoid using social media and cellphones. You just don't use them. I work for a tech company, but I'm not on Facebook and I don't even have a cell phone, and I'm doing just fine. If something important happens my rotary phone will ring.

Ok. Not following the goat story. It didn't seem to fit. It all started with a goat but how other than someone telling her about a goat. The back to the Future car didn't fit either. I wonder if this presentation was shortened and certain pieces were trimmed for brevity.
