Big dreams inspire big changes, mobilise resources, create opportunity, remove obstacles and empower us.
Ian's Big dream is to Qualify for Kona, the Ironman World Championships. To do this he needs to make a 25% improvement, that's enormous for an established athlete that's getting older!
This talk will explain why you should dream big, and D.R.E.A.M., Ian's own unique 5-step plan to achieve your big dream.
Ian explores why big dreams are important to us and how you can make sure you turn your dreams into a reality. Ian tells the stories of different inspiring people to demonstrate each element of the 5-step process.
You will leave both inspired to have a big dream, and with the tools to make it happen.
What's your Big Dream and what are you doing to make it happen?
"Ian’s always felt he’s here for a reason that’s bigger than himself. Around 10 years ago, he went on a journey that transformed his life. He discovered that investing in himself both physically and mentally had a massive positive impact both personally and professionally. This took him from couch potato to a Team GB Ironman triathlete. It took the company he was CEO of from Good to Great.
He now describes himself as an Energy Coach and energises other leaders and their businesses. His mission is to energise 10 million people. He’s also a Dad of 3 fabulous girls and a husband.
He is a past President of Norfolk Chamber of Commerce and originally trained as a Chartered Accountant" This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

So, if you're wondering why workers are seemingly in short supply, I'm here to enlighten you as to why this might be happening. And I'm sorry to say, it's not out of pure laziness. 1. Maybe it's because people don't want to use a degree worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to work at Smokie Mo's.

It’s we the sheeple my friend, we are plugged in and that’s all that matters anymore social justification.. That’s what our Government wants, we have leaders that do nothing but fight and look how it leaves our country and an impression on us Americans, but they won’t wake up and it’s so annoying..

I am the author of my own story, which every person, including me, should know. Each of my family members is the author of their own story individually, which every person, including them, should know. Jesus and God will make a way for me to be in a lot of movies and TV series shown on IMDb, because both of them should. Jesus and God will make a way for me to finish everything that I have started instead of doing something else instead of what I started, because both of them should. Jesus and God will make a way for me to be a model in magazines and on magazine covers, because both of them should. All the people who didn't help me when I needed help should remember me when they need help, and at the same time, they will not see me but will learn that they should have appreciated me before they needed help because they wouldn't need help if they did appreciate me in the past. Amen.
