Teen Requested Birthday Dinner || Alfredo and French Bread

For my teen's birthday, she requested her favorite Alfredo sauce and homemade French bread (using sourdough discard).
Homemade Alfredo Sauce
Melt 1/2 cup butter
Add a block of cream cheese and either minced garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
mix on medium heat the best you can
2 cups whole milk. Add very slowly while stirring,
6 oz parmesan cheese and a dash of pepper. Mix until melted.
Take off the heat and add cooked chicken if desired.

Real Alfredo. It's just butter and parmesan. There is no cream no milk. You just add butter to the noodles stir it to the butter melts add some starchy hot water from the noodles a little bit of time It will start to thicken. Become creamy. Then you add the graded real Parmesan on top not the can fake cheese. Then you stir it till it melts then you played it up and then add more cheese on top.
