My heart breaks for this man, his family and Rodney. Knowing he went straight to Carla’s house to get her dad instead of his own home after such a traumatic situation shows how close he was to not only Carla but her family. Everything was taken from Carla but his whole world was shattered and taken away as well along with her family. Her brother is truly amazing as well.I know Carla has been looking down over him so proud of what he’s done for her and for so many others. He took his pain and turned it into purpose not only to solve his sisters case but to help as many other families as he possibly can.

What a lovely family. I’m glad they got justice, even if it was decades later. Rest in peace to Karla.

A good family friend was murdered in her home, in Bailey, CO, on 12/1/2017. She would have turned 18 on 12/17/17. Local law enforcement says that she walked in on a burglary in her home. Local law enforcement was also very tight lipped about this case. I believe that partial DNA was at the scene. If you can research the DNA, it would be awesome. This child's name was Maggie Long. She was a wonderful person. 💛

That $7500 price tag will get smaller as we use and perfect the technology. Running DNA used to be $1000 and a 24 hour procedure that required someone to be involved throughout. Now it's $100 and once you get it started, you can walk away and come back at the end.

Carla looked like a happy teenager that became an angel the night she was killed. R.I.P. baby girl ⭐️

I hope Rodney has been able to have a good life after surviving such a terrible trauma. Having the police suspect you for decades must be truly difficult.
