They do look whiter. I had the 500$ USD custom made teeth wilting trays made 20 years ago. The peroxide was 10% I believe and I wore them all night long,every other night. My teeth cane out white as the tooth paste foam and yes,all the side affects are temporary. Sensitive teeth,sensitive gums,dry mouth but it all goes away in a few days. I dork know the strength of the TV/IG/YOUTube brands but I would suggest sleeping in the mouth guards with teeth whitening for best results. Today I’m trying a 6.5% carbamide peroxide from another medical reason but it’s sterile and since my Dentist whitening was a 10%. Carbamide peroxide I don’t foresee any problems but white Teeth!!

Stef Gh yes it does work my teeth are a lot wither, I do it twice a week for 40 min, but I didn’t have very yellow teeth to begin with
