should have watched your review before buying this. A very convenient device but needs improvement

Mine is not working. Lights up. Goes off after 15 sec. No steam on pressing button

Got mine as a gift about 1-2 years ago but didn't use it until today. Just got clicking noises with no steam at all. A comment om amazon (regarding another steamer) said he tilted it in different directions while holding down the button, mine actually got going but still makes some clicking noises. Worth a try if you gonna throw it out
