Um Taylor is closeted she will not say she's gay. That's a career ruiner 4 her. If she does come out someday it will be waaaay later when she's like Oprah's age.

***** I honestly believe Taylor Swift is lesbian, nothing wrong with it but she's not going to ruin her career. Gay or lesbian for country has never panned out well. Look at Chely Wright and Kristen Bell. Very talented but the fans and industry does not respond well. If she picked a new career maybe she could be open. Look at Ellen and other famous ppl who are gay.

***** I mean Kristen Hall when she was a trio in Sugarland. She was lesbian and it was a no no for the group. It shouldn't be like that but it happened. I hope the world is changing and maybe she will be brave enough to announce it but it's not for the world to know if she's not ready.

"Alternative women in the mainstream", I think that's contradictory. 'Heartthrob' is really not for me, obviously because it was never meant for me. I wish them luck for the future and hope they can reach the people they want to reach. Though I wonder how you teach people to dare to be different by adjusting yourself. After all, mainstream is about similarity, not individuality. And it's definitely not about art.
