I’ve been buying tein products for 15 years now. Ever since my first car (1990 civic si) and I’ve loved every one. The litterateur that you get with each product is awesome all of the specs and reference material is great when installing and adjusting everything. I purchased a set of flex z coilovers a week ago for my 2013 wrx and even my wife loves how the car rides now.

@ 2:11 the "just welded" component is picked up only at one end? While the middle weld is still red hot? And the weight of the tube is hanging on the red hot weld? ...What's the alignment-tolerance between the two axis that just got welded together? Also, around 1:32 ~ 1:37, a bunch of the metal tubes (that are suppose to stay scratch-free) are rolling over metal table surfaces. Why not change those metal table surface to a Teflon-lined surface? I know there is "scratch inspection" later downstream. But if a scratch is created, a throw-away scrap is created. Maybe the table is of a softer metal? But what about the rows of 3-screws holding down that sheet metal? If even just one head of the screws protrudes slightly... Every single tube that passes through will pickup scratch. By the time first scratch is caught at the inspection station, there would be hundreds of bad/scratched tubes between the problem-spot and the inspection station. Not worth the risk. Edit: Plus, I just noticed in the "clean room" (for assembly), workers in the double-door air-curtain station are not wearing full-eye-goggles. Nor masks. Nor hair nets. Eyelashes that a worker sheds off during the assembly process, could become a source for oil leak. (If dust particles matter, then eyelashes matter. See movie GATTACA, 1997.) Same with a sneeze --> water droplet, now inside the tube... Just some suggestions. 😅 From the spirit of "trying to be helpful". I do like my new Flex Z coilovers.
