Demon Rantz Jin gets captured and chained up right? There's a point he's suppose to fight Kazuya but it doesn't happen and part of the story explains it. It shows Jin lying down with his eyes open and Tekken Force signaling for pickup. He has tranquilizer darts in him when they catch him.

Man, Kazuya is like a fighting game horror movie villain, he's crazy strong, has supernatural powers, he's smart and plays his cards right, when he dies he just comes back, practically nobody besides Jin and Heihachi can beat him, when his back is against the wall he becomes a true monster, and his presence just looms, especially in this cutscene, he really does give off a "I'm coming for you" vibe

Ervan Solihin I'm with you. I've played all the Tekken games except Tekken 1 and this is still the best of the series as far as I am concerned. An absolutely boss intro, best storylines (before they got even more silly) best gameplay (it felt more tactical and not a total juggle-fest like the later games), best soundtrack and best stages. It actually tried to do something different with the series.

Tekken 4 and 5 are my favourite Tekken games of the Franchise. ☯️ By the way Tekken 4 had the best story and atmosphere no doubt. Also my favourite Tekken Intros of the series are 4 and 5. Especially Tekken 4, developers did a lot of things incredibly right, most storylines were incredibly cool and the atmosphere and seriousness was just on a another level. I don't think most would disagree that Tekken 4 had a great"everything-except-the-fighting" to it. Great and Epic soundtracks, unique character designs, good individual stories, and an interesting main Mishima arc revival. The thing is that it's still a fighting game and no matter how great everything else is, if the fighting bit is flawed it'll overshadow the positives.☯️✌

Uto Resa 519 kazuya is stronger than everyone except him due to plot, harada favoring Jin, kazuya losing half his power to him and I'm pretty sure some of his powers were weakened due to him going through near brink of death injuries. I'm pretty sure he lost a lot of his strength in the second injury though.

Kazuya won the official 4th Tournament because the last boss was Heihachi. He promised him to take him to Jin if he beats him and as we can see, he took him to Jin. The battle in Honmaru can't be included to tournament. So Kazuya is the winner but because of Heihachi is the owner, he showed himself as official winner.

This scene cleary shows the difference between Heihachi and Kazuya, rather than shoot his opponent like Heihachi did to Jin, Kazuya just punched the soldier with his bare hands. While it is undeniable Kazuya is not the nicest of guys, he never resorts to dirty or cowardly tactics like Heihachi would (despite Heihachi not being a coward and even having a preference to still fight with his bare hands), Kazuya still has a sense of honor when comes to fighting as it's everything to him.
