Those are his stocks/buffs. If he does certain moves and they hit he gets access to other moves in his move set. It has two levels 0:41 and 0:47 you can see him level it up from doing db4,4. When it has a 1 next to it that is level 1. If it says 2 then it’s level 2 (max)
