I'm the opposite he feels like a paper bag that juat screams "pathetic!!" all the time. While T8 LOOKS flashy, coming from playing Sekiro a a bunch of times, that's a game that knew how to make the boss fights also have substance to it.

Though, if anything, do remember that Heihachi did try to use Ogre's body for himself and failed due to lacking a devil gene... so who says that he didn't extract it from some body beforehand?

My theory for Reina is that she is like Steve Fox, a test tube baby that had survived the project of the Mashima Zaibatsu trying to create a synthetic Devil Gene, only the difference is that Reina survived AND had the devil Gene successfully implanted in her.

Heihachi shagged with another broad with the Devil Power Tekken 8 story actually brings back Azazel is the source of Devil Gene plot point and explains that he have them to his followers, one of them is the clan that Kazumi/Kazuya's mother belongs to. So even beyond Reina, there are probably others who has Devil Gene in them unless Tekken 9 retcon it again
