12:07 On the heat extended duck grab 1 option you can do peakaboo forward 1+2 for a wall splat combo for big damage.

How exactly do you do this? On standing block after the grab 1 you can follow with sonic fang but this is blocked. Is there some secret tech im missing here? Haha

You just have to go into peakaboo and do it right after to get it. The move is 12 frames I think but it’s definitely possible I’ve done it in matches. If you’d like we can hop in a game one day and I could demonstrate.

At wall after rocket launcher or any heat engager, you can also do neutral 2,2 and F 2,2 1+2 for Oki 🔥

Hi, this is my first tekken game and I picked up Steve. How do i stop getting hit by down 1 when I stance swap. For example, 2 1 press forward into peakaboo, they can d 1 to stop pressure and df1 into duck they can also d1, thanks and awesome vid.

Only on hit they can’t interrupt you pressure but on block they down 1 you…. If you don’t shoryuken 😂😂😂

D1 is a decent option once in a while but if they get predictable, you can start low parrying. pkb 2 is also a punch sabaki, meaning it basically eats punches and gives a bigger reward on hit if it beats your opponents punch. Also, df1 into duck is not that great. If they're mashing, you can always do df1,2~1 for the counter hit launch

Shinblade I follow you from Australia. I've watched most of your replays on ranked matches and notice when the wall bang connects you'll side step (up or down) and managed to get another combo starting df 121. Plz explain coz its mind blowing

I think at wall you can also do LWV 11 > 1+2 for same damage as the standard 21b > Machine Gun.

Bro, what about the real heat combos? What do you do when heat is active and you get a B1 ch? Heat dash reverses the combo scaling there. You might get something massive

Yes, so you still go as planned. After the extender, run up and do ub2 into 1 hold forward then finish. If on wall, you can running 2, qcf 1, or sonic fang extend the combo. I'll add again in later videos thanks for the feedback

In that heat combo from LHS 2 how do you go from B1 to F3,1 so fast? Do you have to cancel? I always drop the combo here.

hold the b1 long enough to go into Flicker(22 frames) then go into f3,1

What i found out is that in most launchers(FC df2, uf2,uf4 PAB uf2 etc) thats not a counter hit launcher, you could add in an ub2 before dck1 and then usual. I find it a good alternative for those that couldnt do the dck,ws1 pickup after df1(2,1). It makes ext dck 1 practically a big boy launcher 😂

I've been watching for a few days now and I'm still struggling in warrior. Everyone seems to just spam blocks and sweeps and I can't ever seem to put pressure on or break guards. Back1 seems to literally never work it loses to every single attack option the opp throws out. Like what am I doing wrong?

Is this guide still relevant or did they nerf some of the moves? I haven’t been able to land the u/b+2 after the DCK+1 after LHS+2. I get DCK1 just fine, but u/b+2 just flies over every time. Great content tho ❤️

Nevermind! I was doing d/f+3 into 1 for DCK for ducking. If I just hold F while pressing 3, I apparently float him higher and the u/b+2 connects. My bad 😊
