The crazy thing is, I can honestly make a solid case blaming Kazumi for everything that happened. It seemed like Heihachi wasn't evil at all and was content with his life as a husband and father until Kazumi tried to kill him. Premonitions don't always come true per se, they just show one path that person might take IMO. Once that happened, it pushed him down the worst path possible.

And then they try to tie every characters arc together with quite possibly the laziest storytelling of all time. Tekken 5 intro always gave me chills. I think what blows my mind even more, is when (Tekken 4) Jin flies through the roof, you see his feathers. And then when 5 (the trailer) where it picks back up, it just shows the feathers, music, the moon, and temple where it was destroyed. Then it goes on... Idk. Always thought that was cool. Game was ahead of it's time for being a PS2. Couldn't ever find the game. Always checked Game Exchange but nothing. Finally ordered it and it was like middle school all over again. Man I miss those days. Side note, I named my son Kazuya. I'm such a proud mother of my decision lol.

@Livingtree322 жыл бұрын

Harada's favorite character is Heihachi who is the villain of all of Tekken and is responsible for in recent years to try painting Heihachi as a sympathetic anti villain who wants to protect the world from the devil gene and make the world a peaceful one that his wife would've wanted, while at the same time putting the pure evil label on Kazuya when that's just not the case with everything he did being justified and him being the main victim of Heihachi's torment. Heihachi was always a power hungry, vile, man who'd beat his own son and overthrow/murder his own father to take control of the Mishima Sibotsu prior to the events of Kazumi attacking him to try and kill him in order to stop the events of Tekken from ever happening, events her clan foresaw and why Kazumi ever went close to Heihachi in the first place. Heihachi is also the reason why the devil gene ever activates in those who has it with the likes of Kazuya and Jin being perfectly fine and kind people prior to Heihachi nearly killing, or outright, killing them which would activate the devil gene and cause a ripple effect that would make shit worse for the entire world.

Kazuya’s story is extremely sad when you really look at it. His mother was a demon, and his father ended up killing her, then threw kazuya off a cliff to make sure he was the devil as well. Little does Heihachi know, had he not threw kazuya off of that cliff, the devil gene possibly would have never been awakened, and if it did then Jun would have been able to keep it at bay at the very least. What kind of man does Kazuya end up growing into nevertheless? Essentially he becomes Heihachi, yet only a stronger more sadistic version. Then you have Jin; kazuya’s first born son, practically go through the same thing that he did at the hands of who? His grandfather Heihachi of course, thus creating ANOTHER kazuya except Jin is stronger.. the thing that makes Jin different however is that he has Kazama blood; possibly the blood of an angel as well.
@KingHoDoKaN2 жыл бұрын
as of now we know Jin to be an Angel, but CLEARLY thats not stopping anything because Devil is still in there chillin, gathering more power. I feel like Kazuyas devil will take its own entity at some point when its Strong enough and become whole again. Thats when things might get outta control

Idk why, but even after all the shit Heihachi did in all tekken series, i kinda...feel sad for him?
