F---ing incredible! I'd live in your shed to be to access your track!

Haha. The wife made that my dog house for when I spend too much time out there. We would have to be roommates some nights.

This thing looks awesome to drive. It does exactly what you want it to do. Also, for a "backyard track" it is insane !

Couldn’t of said it better myself. Truggy is pinpoint with the handling. That’s with shitty tires and a dry track. Like a pillow as well.

I don’t race a Tekno but your track is so sweet I subscribed to your channel!!! Probably took a good amount of time building it. I run a Typhon TLR at my close tracks and do very well. Again sweet video!

All RCs are welcome. Thank you for the support it is much appreciated. Unfortunately we don’t any local tracks so that’s why I built it. As far as time invested … just a few thousand hrs…!

My track is mainly clay. However I did mix it with my native soil which is sandy. By doing so now when the track is dry I end up with a slick sandy surface which drives me nuts. Also I get pockets of sand in low areas because normally when it rains and I do get erosion it’s mostly the sand that washes away and then I’ll drag the track to smooth it back and redistribute the sand. To answer your question yes I’ve tried glue Ive tried sugar and seen no real difference. That said my track is big and when doing the glue after like $100 in wood glue I was like f it that’s it. But I was mixing the glue 3 to 1 and yeah wasn’t impressed. I just water before each run. I installed a full irrigation system with 3 zone and 1hp pump for more pressure and volume but don’t use it much because low areas leave puddles when I shut the system down it drains to the lowest points. I’ve tried it all but mainly just turn on the pump and do it old school with a hose. Also I use a pull behind roller.

Great track. If I might ask, what is the approximate ground area that you cleared to make room for the track? e.g. 50 x 50 ft, 100 x 100 ft. Thanks,

I haven’t checked in a while, next time I’m out there I’ll use my wheel to measure but I believe it was approx. 140’ by 120’ give or take a few each way.

Thanks! I’m pretty sure it’s my bent drive shaft. Center and rear I just rebuilt and replaced pinion and spur while at it. Good ear regardless.

@@2010Hammy I have zero RC tracks around me. Hence the reason I took matters into my own hands lol.
