Tekno RC ET410.2 Race Time! Testing Shocks on the Rear of the Arms!

The wheelbase becomes 3mm longer than longest setting with the hubs spaced all the way forward. How did that change play in to handling?

Hi, yes it felt more stable this way overall. This track is on the bigger side for this class so the turns aren't super tight. Shocks forward definitely turns tighter but on a dusty blown out corner, it caused more spin outs. The shocks to the rear minimized this. If I was racing indoors and on a smaller track, I would have kept the shocks in stock position. Btw, I did the same on my SCT410SL and got the same results. Oh, and overall more stability with shocks to the rear especially through ruts and recovering bad landings. Thanks for watching and sorry for the late reply.

Do you like that underwing diffuser from raceform? I was considering ordering their ESC tray combo and that diffuser. Any feedback would be appreciated

I like the underwing diffuser. It's made of a really nice material and gives good tire clearance. Air can flow through it instead of having a solid block as a riser. As far as downforce, I think the wing up high catching all that air actually works to keep the rear traction in effect. The esc tray, I'm not sure of. I actually have it from the previous owner but he wasn't using it. I'm not using it because there's barely any room as it is and most receivers are water resistant these days. I mount my transponder on top of the front top plate to keep it clear of dirt or water. So ya, not too sure about the esc tray but I would definitely give the diffuser a try. Just a quick note, I put a single wrap of electrical tape around the case of my receiver and I use tire balancer clay to seal the top where the unused ports are.
