Hi Teknoistix, The concept of second pot with the relay coil is not understood. How the sensitivity of the circuit to trip relay will work automatically by pot2. Kindly explain. In case, it is unexplainable, kindly improve the circuit for automatically cut on full charging.

As the power supply is variable, how the 12volt relay can function properly if use 3 volt or 6 volt output to charge anything in that range. For that you need to feed the relay coil directly from the 12 volt DC output of the transformer.The cut off circuit is wrong in this respect.

I think this circuit is only for 12v cutoff because of relay less than 12v it will not cutoff because 12v relay can work min on 9v max 12v so if we need cutoff for 4v we would need 5v relay not 12v..

I really like the way you explain. You are really amazing. This circuit not works , increase supply to increase voltage But it will not cut off automatically

The cutoff relay coil should be connected to the battery and the +ve terminal of the battery should be connected to the charger through a diode only so that the relay will operate depending upon the potential of the battery

Lm317 ka 1st left side se adjust pin hota hai center wala output and last wala input Jaisa draw kiya hai waise hi connect kiya hai

नमस्ते बन्धु, आपने बडा ही अच्छा व सरल सर्किट बताया है। 👌👍 कई दिनो से मुझे एक 12 वोल्ट 3 एम्पियर चार्जर की नितांत आवश्यक्ता थी। आपके सर्किट की Amp. कैपेसिटी तो मै LM 317 के साथ एक 2N3055 सीरीज़ पास रैग्युलेटर के तौर पर लगा कर, व 3/5 Amp. के डायोड लगा कर बढा लूंगा। मगर मुझे कुछ इस सर्किट को ले कर कुछ अन्य शंकाऐं हैं। 1) सर्किट मे रिले कौन सा (कितने वोल्ट की क्वाइल वाला) लगेगा, इसका कोई ज़िक्र नही है। 2) अलग अलग वोल्टेज की बैटरी के लिए अलग वोल्टेज वाले रिले लगाना पडेगा। कारण अगर हम 6 वोल्ट या 24 वोल्ट की बैटरी चार्ज करेंगे तो उस समय 12 वोल्ट की रिले कैसे सही काम करेगी ? 3) 10 K POT", जो कि रिले क्वाइल की सीरीज़ मे लगा है, वह रिले क्वाइल का लोड (33 m. Amp व उससे अधिक) कैसे लेगा ? कृपया शंका समाधान करें धन्यवाद 🙏

I have connected the coil terminals to the battery power And set the transistor as switch When the battery reaches the desired voltave transistor get switched on and the coil terminals get energised so it shifts the comon terminal from normally close to normaly open

Nice & simple cct. Whether fully or tapped varriable resistences can be replaced to facilitate V & A controling from out side the cabinet(knob controlling) instead opening & moving semi varriables by screw driver again & again. Is not it troublesome?. Pl modify.

Nice and happily subscribed as well... one question though, how to increase amps? for example if i want to make a circuit to charge 200Amps tubular battery than it needs around 30Amps to charge.

Hello sir, Aapka idea bahut achcha aur useful hai. Mene same to same aapke design jaisa banaya kuch modifications ke saath for eg., Mere paas 25v 3300uf ka capacitor nahi tha to me 2200uf 25v use kiya aur 4 diodes ki jagah pe brigde rectifier lagaya hai. Initial jab power IN karta hun sab regular hota hai, lekin jaise hi trimpot se input power low karta hun(below 10v) trimpot pighal jata hai. Already 2 trimpot replace kar chuka hun. Kiya reason so sakta hai? Aur trimpot dono 10k ke use kar raha hun.

You have a unique way of making things look simple, pls can you continue the circuit as a variable UPS using no relay but MOSFET irfz44n or any optic coupler, also where is low cut in your circuit? Pls help with circuit or give mail contact.

hi boss you havent still answered? awaiting your reply, incase of no mains power and there is still battery use would the relay set to be cut off say of lead acid battery at 11.5v or is another cut of circuit needed?

Sir without heatshin use kare 2n3055 transistor mere pass 20-0-20 ka Transformers hai amper reting 2.65A hai
