I just visited the site , All the prices mentioned in the portal are way high than market rates . I don’t think this portal attract the buyers with these over priced listings . That too TS agricultural lands bubble is about to pop .

Hold your investments for atleast 1-2 Years. There is correction in Real Estate prices already. Even if you still plan to invest don't go through Brokers so atleast you can reduce some damage and come out with some losses. Fact is that, Loss will be for sure if invested with in an year
