Cass how to deal with boss/recruiter gaslighting us when its our 1st interview as fresher ? To be very specific when i gave my 1st interview i remember asking him about what would be my job designation like ? To that he replied in some anger that you don't have that kind of experience so you've to handle the office work as well as site work so i remained silent but declined that offer by not approaching them again.. so how to counter such a situation if it happens in future ?? How to politely set boundaries or ask about detailed information of job profile, holidays, work hours etc

Hi Cass! I would love to know how to answer a question when asked between quantity vs quality? I had this question asked at an interview last week and I was surprised and don't think I answered well. Working on slowing your breathing helps me. Have a list of highlights and examples so you can pull them out for any question & even think hypothetical scenarios - if x has never happened at my work, I can still answer! Just say if it did, then you would respond in x way.
