Great work!!, this convinces me. It's a strumming pattern that's tough to catch because the guitars are pretty buried in the mix. I think you and Mattiboo do it in a similar way, and I really like it. I’ve always believed it’s about the Rick 12 because of the almost imperceptible slide from the D chord towards the last frets at 2:05 of the song. I think that’s my only evidence😂

The rick 325 belongs to Michael Sokil. I know that many years ago he had it modded by a guy who made a lot of executive choices to make it look like John’s capri

the pickguard and headstock plate are original! for some reason the 325c58 has a greener tint, but the B and V series seems closer to john’s gold color. interesting!
