Loved this video. The dandelion made me happy, I dont know why. I've watched a lot of your videos as I'm new to soap making and nervous about jumping in without being thoroughly informed. I'm wondering how you decide what is the right temperature of your lye & oil mixes before combining them. In different videos the temperature is different, which is confusing. Also, both my kids have skin issues. My son has eczema and my daughter's skin is like sandpaper and she has blackheads. Is there any soap in particular you would recommend that I make to help them?

Is there a reason why you add it to the lye and not at trace? I am a beekeeper and would like to use my honey in soap making but I am always worried about raising the temperature of honey. Dear I am Kuldeep from India. You have inspired me to make soap. I had a question. What is the reason why cold process soap sticks wherever it is kept after bath? Please reply and what can be done in the recipe so that it does not stick hard at different places. Where it sticks, the soap crumbles and gets spoiled.

Handmade soap is just naturally softer than commercial soap, you need to use a good, draining soap dish so that the soap can dry between each use

Thank you🤗 yes it did gel, the day I made the soap was pretty cold so I wasn't worried. I think your soap will be fine if you keep an eye on it and move it to a cooler place if you see any signs of overheating😊
