Would love to move to Tellico Village. Family fall back for me is all the HOA fees don't include anything. We could afford to buy a house there, but moving from Ohio with Ohio property tax rate Tennessee taxes would be half of what we pay now which would be great but the only fall back is the taxes for the HOAs would put us right back in the tax category that we are here in Ohio. My wife and I both love Tennessee what we like most about Tennessee compared to here is the people are more friendly and the hospitality is great, to break that down into layman terms Tennessee people are more like church folk up here, because in the north most people are not sociable kind people, only the conservative up here for the most part, saying all that we've been to Tellico Village a couple of times and we love the area absolutely beautiful,

I like privacy as for me a must, also, do any of these homes have walkout basements? And is there bike paths there.

Yes there are definitly homes with walkout basements. There aren't any bike paths unfortunately.

Glad the kitchen is not messed up, even has a pot filler which I haven't seen on many. I'm not wanting an all white kitchen, its where I actually cook. The cabinets would look much prettier red, countertops quartz with black and white throughout, cute black and white floor. Would like black handles on the pulls of the cabinets but will do brushed nickel as I have had those for 20 so years and still look brand new, was told that black sometimes shows it's actual color after a few years. $600,000 is way too high for a house this size, would almost be in that range if it was on the water. Bathrooms aren't even finished-no doors or anywhere to hang towels.
