I've been wondering how to use references more fluidly with the type of character I'm drawing, especially for more dynamic poses. For example, how would it work to draw a more heroic character like Hulk or Thor using a reference of a baseball player in action? I always struggle with this. I feel like I get too stuck on the proportions of the reference, and the drawing ends up almost becoming a copy. Thank you for everything Mr. Hampton!

Regarding your Head Drawing and Construction course on Proko, does it come with PDF diagrams or guides on drawing heads?

It comes with lecture notes and 10 hours of instructional videos. There is not an additional dedicated book or PDF summarizing the lecture content. Hope this helps
