Telling Plant stories on Palmstreet with Cactus jack: CULTIVAR CAVIAR

Cactus Jack Returns to the channel with new Ariocarpus cultivars and a 2nd greenhouse, its been a while since we linked up and I’ve been picking his brain about the app ‘palmstreet’ ( plantstory) and have been curious about his thoughts using it, he has expanded his sales inventory essentially due to the increased demand on the palmstreet app. This peeked my interest as I’ve recently begun doing monthly live auctions on instagram and have been thinking about testing the waters with this new platform. We tour both of Jacks cactus and succulent greenhouses in todays episode as well as hop onto the app to do an impromptu sale. I am impressed with the features that streamline the process making for a cleaner and more user friendly experience for shoppers and vendors alike. I am gonna test it out and hope to see yall over there. As per usual jack shares some of his mind bending cultivars in this expanded 2nd collaboration between us. Often times I noticed that variegated plants tend to look a little sickly, although I do like a nice variegated Agave or some of the gymnos that variegate orange.

The plant at 11:23 is Gerrardanthus macrorhizus. It fattens very fast and loves water more like a tropical plant than a succulent.
