I love how it can handle 4'x8' drywall with the bed up, thanx to its fold-down door in the back. I love the looks also... but $50K? Ouch. Give us an option for a smaller battery please, and try to come into the market at $35K MAX. Does anyone know its release date? I don't see anything on their website about that.

Could say its realistic. With Tesla cubertruck starting at $60k trucks are expensive (even ICE). Telo being smaller, cheaper, and ligher could hopefully be a strong option. Really hope they dont kill the passthrough as it is incredibly useful. Cutting a motor could allow even cheaper base prices but inflation makes the currently described $50k pretty reasonable.

I wonder if the price could be brought down by removing one of the electric motors. What normal truck driver needs to go 0 to 60 in 4 seconds, anyway?

Further downthe road they will make smaller battery version and 2wd would also aave a little .. than again only selling 1 type saves money for them !!

Love the small size but that thing is butt ugly from certain angles. Still hope the best for them but not investing just yet as they have so far to go.
