In Western equivalent if we consider hindolam as G# B C# EF#G#( SgmdnS), by making SA at next note(ga) we will get Sudha Saveri(Durga) BC#EF#G#B, Sudha Dhanyasi(Ma) C#EF#G#BC#, Mohana(da)(Bhupali) EF#G#BC#E. Further shift will give Madhyamavati.(Ni) F#G#BC#EF#.
