Hi Sophian, the dish looks yummy and I look forward to making it. Initially, I had thought it was curry leaves being used until I read the description. By any chance, would you know if curry leaves are accessible in Lisbon? I made the mistake of not visiting any of the Asian markets in Martim Moniz when I was visiting. Thank you.

Hi Gee Chen, thanks for watching this week's episode. Yes, you can purchase curry leaves in Lisbon and they're usually dried ones around Bangla Bazaar in Martim Moniz. There's only one place that sells fresh curry leaves in MM underground mall in the metro station. It runs out pretty fast so best to get first thing in the morning.

@@WeaveTheStory thank you Sophian for the information. It's nice to know that item is accessible fresh in Lisbon as it's hard to find in my area despite it being a big city. Have a good weekend.

The hydrangeas are starting to bloom and it’s a great period to be outdoors. I’m a huge egg fan but not boiled eggs until recently. This has been a game changer for me and I really like it a lot. Thanks for watching and enjoy Easter Monday Melissa!
