The railway industry is very critical environment. Government should introduce railways engineering schools level 1,2 and 3 so that workers of the permanent-way infrastructure will learn about the Laws governing the P-way infrastructure. Manual handling law. PPE personal protection equipment Laws PUWER LAWS,HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK REGULATIONS ,CONTROL OF SUBSTANCE hazardous to health and many more...it is time the people of the destination learn to do what is needed and not just by the way..people coming out of universities with fancy degrees and not getting into any gainful employment...

The people of Ghana should by now know that politicians who we the people not in government voted into office should be accountable for every pesewa spent on behalf of us the government not in office. The police man and woman who have a pledge under oath to defend the good name of the Father land should not take bribes..the citizenship of the country who think they are marginalised therefore they will take the Laws into their own hands am telling you we are not living in the wild wild jungle west.we the people who have the vote.yes we are the government not in office. Yes we can bring about the change. This Railways permanent way infrastructure in Ghana with a university is a good starting point. Now People of Ghana knows where their tax money is going to...power to the people means power to the government not in office.....
