I've been using Tempdrop for nearly 2 years, and my biggest complaint is the arm band. When I got mine, the arm band was a one-size-fits-all situation. I'm a little overweight and my arms are not super large, but I would still wake up with my arm tingling from lack of blood flow. Oh, and my plastic clip holder thing also broke.... Anyway, I ended up DIY'ing a homemade armband from self-sticking medical bandages. I just wrapped the bandage around my arm several times so that it was snug, but not too tight, and slide the TempDrop between it and my arm. This has worked great for me. My DIY armband is super cheap, reusable for months and months, and best of all - it's COMFORTABLE (and no more lack of feeling in my arm when I wake up). Despite the arm band and clip issue - which I believe they have solved in their newest versions that are currently available, I love my TempDrop. My dogs would wake me up anytime between 4am-6am on a daily basis and they would not tolerate me to take my temp. TempDrop is wonderful for not having a consistent sleep schedule.

My biggest complaint with Tempdrop is their lack of instruction. They truly don't explain anything and just expect the user to figure it out. You're a super smart individual, so you were able to get it right over time, but even you struggled in the beginning. What about those of us who are slow on the uptake? I'm still trying to figure out how to get it to work. Considering returning it for an AVA bracelet. Have you ever tried Ava?

TTC ing for almost 4 yrs. I was tired of the morning temp checking. So decided to give this a try. I'm currently using tempdrop for a second cycle. I like the ease of use, but I can't calculate my temp ovulation drop & increase because it keeps changing my temperatures every week.

Can we rely on tempdrop the same way as we would measure in the "heat pockets"? I mean can we spot out the hormonal imbalance with this tool as well from the temperature? Tempdrop measures are showing lower temperature. Thank you for your answer!

I think that natural cycles is probably fine for TTC but I know that there have been people TTA who ended up pregnant because the algorithm isn’t great. My advice is to ignore all the prediction stuff on apps and go with your own understanding of your body. I use Kindara to chart but I never rely on its predictions.
