The majority of residents want the audit. Some have experienced the wrath of town officials who want the division to remain for the sole purpose of "do as I say. Not as I do" Town officials should welcome any legitimate actions to heal rifts and allow for truth and transparancy to be the standard. The shouting angry official is new to the regular panel. His anger directed at Rita Lombardi was over the top. She is a quality person with impeccable reputation and cooperative nature. Very sad to see.

I truly hope the truth comes out. I think K will not be found guilty. But that still lets one family wondering what happened to their son. The kicker for me was how they collected evidence in solo cups and the leaf blower. Just that is reasonable doubt.

0:41 threatening to clear the room because you don’t like people what people are saying is it clear violation of the first amendment of the constitution. Remember that only your government can violate your rights, private companies cannot. This is a government meeting. You cannot deny people the right to speak at a public meeting which has microphones set up for them to speak. You cannot censor their speech because you don’t agree with it. It’s government responsibility to listen to people redressing their government. That is one of the five prongs of the first amendment.

She along with her hired minions unleashed a very expensive coordinated campaign of blame and deceit that has caused upheaval and unrest upon a this community simply bc she refuses to take accountability for HER actions. No one but KAREN READ is responsible for hitting John O'Keefe with her SUV, in the early morning hours of January 29, 2022, causing multiple skull fractures and other injuries, then leaving him in the dark to die slowly alone in the cold. Yet 2 medical examiners and 2 engineering PhD's testify John's injuries could not have come from Karen Read's SUV. The law of physics can't lie; it's reality. You have to be child to not see how John's injury did not come from a shattered tail light that launched him 30 feet. All of that is absurd and not physically possible. No arm fracture, scratches consistent with a dog attack, and the damage on the SUV not consistent with an auto-pedestrian collision

@@felixchien1664 All the ME stated was that John didn't have the "classic" injuries of being hit with a car. In fact, she agreed every single one of his injuries could have come from being hit by the SUV. She just couldn't come to a conclusion on whether John's manner of death was as the result of an accident or a homicide. You do realize that she wouldn't agree to the manner of death that is at the heart of the defense's theory, they say he died as a result of being beat up which is a homicide that the medical examiner refused to agree to. The medical examiner And both ARCCA guys came to their conclusions on limited information without all the relevant evidence, not to mention they were all bias. The jury is not allowed to speculate, but they are allowed to ignore any of the witness testimony they didn't find credible. The defense's witnesses were not credible and we're paid to come to the decisions they did. I've been a trauma ER RN for over 20 yrs, besides the fact that there was no canine DNA, those were not dog bites or scratches. John's elbow was hit by the SUV, the hair was from his arm and his DNA was inside the casing of the taillight. Pieces were found surrounding the site of his body and microscopic pieces found in his clothing. They were fighting all day and we know she started leaving him all those nasty VMs then calling her parents and John 53 times,The defense lawyers were good story tellers, but what they allege did not happen. They had to defend their client but in the process alot of people's lives have been forever changed by the harassment and defamation. I have confidence the jury will come to the right conclusion.

The only people who had a reason to be biased were literally almost everyone on the prosecution's witness list. The truly unbiased witnesses were the medical experts who had seen thousands of cases of animal attacks AND auto-pedestrian collisions and the 2 engineering Phd's at their top of their field in accident reconstruction. They didn't have "limited information"...they had ALL the physical evidence without the hearsay details around the case. That is as objective and unbiased as it gets. The law of physics is not biased and the experiment ARCCA performed is repeatable by anyone else. THAT is how science works and it's clear John's injuries and KR's SUV damage are NOT consistent with the CW's sketchy narrative. I'm an engineer (and you don't have to be one because this is common sense) and it's very obvious to me that there is NO possible way a hit to John's arm that apparently shattered the tail light and launched him 30 ft. The shattering of the tail-light is not consistent with a pedestrian head busting the light and neither was it consistent with it striking a hand holding a bar glass. The rear SUV door dent and shattered tail-light are also inconsistent with striking an arm where, if the CW narrative was true, there should be damage between the door dent and shattered tail-light. Meaning those damages were created separately. And if you really are a trauma ER nurse, then explain how John O'Keefe's arm had ZERO bruising and fracture? If a person's arm is hit by a vehicle where the impact shatters the tail light and dents the car (and person gets launched 30 feet)...how in the world is that person's arm not at least bruised?! Come on, USE COMMON SENSE! It's not about the "manner of death", it's about the allegation that KR hit John O'Keefe with her SUV. All the physical evidence (John's injuries and the SUV damage) as well as video footage of KR's SUV leaving prove John was not hit by KR's SUV.

@@felixchien1664 They weren't hired by the defense, but they may as well been. ARCCA was only provided information given to them by the DOJ and the DOJ only had info provided by the defense. They never reached out to the prosecution to receive all the evidence in the case. Hence, their report is based on incomplete information, leaving out vital facts and evidence of the case. Because of those reasons, their report is based on what the defense wanted them to say, not what actually occurred at the scene.

Even with potentially manipulated and tainted evidence, the 2 engineering PhD's determined that the alleged auto-pedestrian collision was not possible. And if you say they didn't have "all the evidence", tell us what evidence was missing
