When I see penalties like the double personal foul that OU got on the interception return I feel like we have completely lost the sport of football. What was the guy suppose to do, not block for his teammate. The second foul may have been after the whistle and thus justified (hard to tell from this video), but the first foul??? If QBs are such sacred cows they need to have different color jersey's and not be allowed to play defense on INTs and fumble returns Clearly I just don't get it.

I guess the money is more than enough for Temple to be constantly embarrassed in these types of games. Temple has been playing football since the 1890s and the only consistent winning was in the 1970s when Wayne Hardin (ex Navy coach) was their coach. Also, a lot of those losses were against non Div. 1 teams but Temple needs to drop out of Div. one.

Grades - Defense A+, Offense C, Special Teams A. Defense looked really good, like you should against a team like Temple. What I liked most was getting to the QB, that's going to be the difference between a OK Defense, and a great one. Spiecal Teams, Kicker looked good, Punter did well. The Long Snaper and Holder got to get on the same page, didn't cost them anything in this game, but will eventually if not corrected. Offense - was up and down, started hot, both the starting Center and Farooq going down early hurt a lot. Burkes is a superstar, but will he have help? Especially with Farooq being out for maybe 2 months, you need to some young guys to step up. The OLine is a problem, especially at RT. The starter tonight Spencer Brown was awful, and from now own, I want to see every single Freshman play Guard, before Brown ever sees the field again, he needs to be the very last resort. I actually thought the younger guys got a good push in the fourth quarter, like your supposed to do against Temple. Tatum looks like the real deal. Now with Farooq gone, OU definitely has to rune a lot of 2 TEs and 2 RBs sets. And Tatum is an excellent at catching the ball. That needs to become a bigger part of the Offense. You have a few weeks to try and fix this OLine, if you can't by Tennessee, it's going to be a rough day.
