I have never seen such beautiful somen noodle presentation!! Everything they prepared loled too good to eat!! Like a work of art!!! Will be headed to Japan in late September 2023!! Can’t wait to eat all those works of art… I mean food!!!

何で帯じゃなくてわざわざ麺切ってるんだろおもったけど帯のまま湯がいたから麺がくっついたりして茹で具合に差がでて食感が悪くなるのかな
