Everything looks so amazing in this very quaint family style restaurant. The atmosphere is so light and free flowing you feel like your at your favorite relatives house. This Chef is truly special as well as the entire family. Watching the kids at the start of the video helping out was so precious.

Such a place (Osaka) I must visit soon. The restaurant gives me a warm, friendly and cosy feeling. I can speak little Japanese so I will be fine with ordering and paying for food. That is Katsuobushi, which is made from pieces of Skipjack Tuna which have been cured, smoked, and dried. Afterwards, it is shaved or shredded into flakes. It has a smokey and savory taste that is similar to cured ham.
