I very rarely leave my house because it's my safe place and it's too peopley out there...lol All kidding aside, I get into funks when I feel like my best of intentions turn out horribly. Then I get discouraged and feel like if I stay home it keeps things manageable. A friend of mine once called that "stinking thinking" so whenever I get to that place I try to do some self talking and say stop that "stinking thinking". And I have loved that series since then, my books have been read so many times they are in tatters. My kids actually gave me a new copy of the Hobbit because the pages were missing from my original one.

Hi April🙏❤️🥰. About the trauma and hurt, there definitely coms a time to just say to yourself that it’s over and let it go and move on with your life. You’re a smart woman who knows how to live life and to be able to be yourself too. I have said in the other video of yours that I think before you have a meltdown to go see someone medical and talk to them and you probably need to hear what the medial person has to say. Yes, none of us like to hear the truth from others but if we listen there just might be something that will click in our minds and it will be something we needed. I also think you should put makeup on when you do go out and about cause it will definitely make you feel awesome and pretty too and wear your jewelry too. I can’t go anywhere without my jewelry and perfume. Both makes me feel complete and pretty too. Keep the faith my friend and pray pray pray cause it does help. I haven't been on balanced ground in a while only by the Grace of God I get through each day and night. Giving him the glory and praise for every single moment. Praying for you April and Lonnie and for everyone everywhere and for this world every one in need(only God truly knows our heart's,greifs,needs,sorrows,worries,broken heart's,without him I would be nothing could not and don't want to even imagine I call upon him and pray,pray,. I turn everything and everyone over to him but it is so hard to leave it because we are human and a broken heart(how do you mend a broken heart?) I pray for him to heal our heart's,mind's,body's and souls. Prayers that we all be kind,respectful,loving,understanding,help and most of all pray for one another and this broken world.
