IV games accomplished the impossible. A flip and whatnot game for over $100. breaking new ground in the worst possible way. What an absolute joke. I will stick to Fliptown.

Granted, the lowest tier with the game is 70$. That is still super expensive for a Write game. Big box heavy games are around that price. The 30$ for stamp pens, small neoprene mat, and 50 more sheets is not worth it. The stamps will dry out eventually, even if you don't play it. It's all the premium components with just the base game that makes the asking price high. Custom dice, scratch sheets, and metal coin are completely unneseccary. I love Write games because of it's simple game materials, and efficiently using a pad and paper. And this is a massacre. Even with the developer looking into better ways to do the pad and scratch sheet, this game is not future proof. Making the 100$ tier a less return on investments if they find better alternatives. I'm still on the fence. If the 70$ teir exists, it will for sure be cheaper when it hits retail, and retail will basically be the same as the KS low tier.
