Dear friend, When you interview somebody start asking by their name instead using by Cho Cho, Achak la, Gen la and Agu la. It indicating that you are very young or Tibetan respect which is fake. And more overly it shows nonprofessional. So try to be professional. I’m not criticizing you please take it as advice from your elder brother…. Thank You

However, you have a different attitude or mindset towards individual guest. The more status ones have you tend to show way more respect and your whole body language is different.
