Ingridents:-
Oil 1Tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1Tsp
white sesame seeds 1Tsp
Tendli 250 Gms
Salt To Taste
Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
Red Chilli powder ¼ Tsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ Tsp
Green Chilli 2-3 No
Chopped Coriander 1 Cup
Mint leaves 2 Tbsp
Sugar 1Tsp
Grated Coconut ½ Cup
Lemon Juice 1 No
Method:-
1. Cut Tendli into slices and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds, sesame seeds and sauté for 30 sec
3. Add the tendli and mix well and cook for 4 min
4. After 4 min add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder , turmeric powder, green chili juliennes mix well and cook for further for 4 min
5. Mean while take a bowl add coriander leaves, mint leaves and coconut, lemon juice and mix well.
6. After cooking tendli for further 4 min add the mixture from the bowl, mix well and cook for 1 more min
7. remove in a serving bowl and serve hot.
