Excellent videos! A smidge of anti-seize on spark plug threads is your friend btw.

@@adv4me Your very good at putting theory into practice which shows in these videos. I'm a competent DIY motorcycle fiddler but it's still good to watch the jobs being done. Really enjoyed your content and have subbed your channel. Well done 👍

Do you have the bike “tuned” for any exhaust mods or is it all stock?
@adv4me3 ай бұрын
My bike is stock in terms of mapping. I’ve only added the Huzar exhaust and it’s been great.

Hey Paul, You’ve made mention a couple times about the service manual. Did you purchase the full blown detailed service manual from the dealership or are you referring to the minimalist one they give you when you purchase the bike?
@steves5382 Жыл бұрын
You can buy workshop manuals.

For an adventure bike, the design has to be questioned…..seriously. Can’t possibly imagine taking a plug out after submerging on a cold winters day, late afternoon on a remote mountain top. With this bike and I have the World Raid, you really should carry a complete workshop set of tools and a full bottle of whisky (ey?)

No shit! That’s exactly what I was thinking during this maintenance task. You could definitely do it trail side IF you have all the tools, but don’t expect it to be a “give me a few minutes” situation.

The color of an old plug was not that bad

No they really weren’t, but I was in there and figured for the cost I’d just do them.
