Tengri is a Mongol from inner Mongolia of China. In the beginning of the video, backup singers singing with ancient " Mongolian throat singing ". Instrument is a string with horse head, also traditional Mongolian instrument. Tengri is 58 and a well known singing artist in China.

nah, it is not tuvan. Because of huun huur tu. many people have an impression that it came from Tuva. No it is not. Throat singing is a Mongolian culture. Hence tuvan is Mongolian too except it is Russia now. Because Russia annexed tuvan from Mongolia that's why they're Russian now.

you should check out the meaning of this song，TG born in big grassland，when he was young, the sky there are blue, the lake is clean, but now, in his 58 year old age, he can just memory his beautiful home beacause of environment pollution. In this song,You can feel how deep he love his homeland, also how painful for losing those beautiful nature environment. He's definitely different than Dimash. And I've never heard Dimash make those sounds or master Mongolian Throat singing. So I think Tengri is the best in his genre. LOL, though Dimash is a beast that loves a challenge. So maybe later he will drop some Mongolian Throat singing on us! I wouldn't be surprised.
